visual storyteller x producer
creative collaborator x manager
global x digital thinker
I am a visual storyteller and multi-disciplinary producer with ten years of experience leading creative projects, partnerships and campaigns that inspire, inform and drive action.
For the past six years, I have led the global video portfolio for UN Women, the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality, working across video, photo and editorial departments to produce award-winning content and campaigns for digital platforms and strategic events. Within a highly matrixed organization, my daily work requires innovation, creativity and collaboration with internal stakeholders to align UN Women’s video and branding strategy across global, regional and country platforms. I oversee in-house creators, commissioned vendors and high-profile creative partnerships to manage end-to-end production and craft human-centered video storytelling that engages wide-ranging audiences.
Prior to UN Women, I created Emmy-nominated documentaries, magazine programs and news features for WNET Public Media in New York. My experiences with the human rights and technology nonprofit, WITNESS, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger kindled my interest in respectful, authentic media which centers and benefits local communities. Together, these experiences have cemented my commitment to shaping a more sustainable and just future through storytelling.
My creative approach—no matter the medium—is to enable the right voices and collaborators to elevate a story and drive connection. I am equally passionate about telling diverse and inclusive stories and championing diverse and inclusive creative teams.
