The Courage to Question series takes you up close and personal with women’s rights activists across the globe as they fight for a world where women and girls can live free and equal.
Nepal's Justice ReportersProduced, lensed and edited this powerful story about a UN Women-supported program in rural Nepal. The Story Kitchen trains women survivors to record their own testimonies and those of other survivors of gender-based violence. Beneficiaries learned sensitive interview techniques as well as how to operate handheld recorders and microphones. To date, more than 1,000 testimonies have been recorded by the justice reporters.
A Coalition for Responsible Vocational EducationProduced, lensed and edited this short video, commissioned by Apple and produced in collaboration with Stanford University's Rural Education Action Program and the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition. The video tells the story of two vocational students in rural China, where an effort to measure the quality of schools is underway.
